Returns Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and it must not have been used. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@maxterone.com.

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund.

Refund Policy:

We offer a full refund for products returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that they meet our return policy criteria. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid with a credit card, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will be processed within 24 hours.

Exceptions:

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following items:
– Products that have been opened, used or damaged
– Products that have been customized or personalized
– Gift cards
